　　All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don't feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.

　　"Don't keep your worries." About fifty percent of the students in our class are worried about their homework and studies(學業). And they feel stressed too much. About thirty percent of the students think their parents are too strict with them. They don't often talk with their parents. The other twenty percent of them say they are weak in health. They complain that they almost have no time for their hobbies or exercise.

　　So I hope that our teachers will give us less homework. And I advise our parents to allow us to spend some time with our parents doing outdoor activities.I think our teachers should give us less homework to do. And our parents are supposed to talk with us often. In this way, we will be happier.

　　Early rising benefits us in many ways.First, it helps to keep us fit. We all need fresh air. Besides, by taking morning exercises we can improve our health.Second, it can help us in our studies. In the morning we can learn more quickly.Third, it can enable us to plan our work for the day. We cannot work well without a proper plan. Early rising can also give us enough time to get ready for our work.So we say that those who always get up late should make great effort to get up early.

　　In my class,most of my classmates have colorful weekends. In the morning, we usually study at home. In the afternoon, some of us play sports, some play computer games with friends online, others visit their friends and enjoy staying with them. I like surfing the internet on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning, I usually play basketball with my father. That is my favourite time. Girls always like hanging out and going shopping with their friends on Sunday. We are very relaxed on weekends.

　　Recently I have had a discussion about The Ways for Students to Relax with Terry, a student from Class One Grade Two. (As we study too long every day, every student should choose ways to relax.) In his opinion, the best ways are watching TV and playing computer games. He also believes that sometimes hanging out with friends isn't a bad way.

　　However, I'm not quite agreeable with him. In my opinion, watching TV or playing computer games is not a good way to help us relax. I think listening to music and playing sports are good ways because they can help us keep healthy. I often play pingpong after class and I find it really helpful to both my health and my study. Besides, I think chatting with our friends isn't a bad way. I think it can help me get on better with my friends.
