The eyes are the window to the soul, is important way to obtain all kinds of knowledge. We cannot leave the eyes everywhere in life, if without eyes, the world will become a dark, if we have a problem with my eyes, study and life will encounter many difficulties. In spite of this, we have a lot of people still don't cherish the eyes. Around me, there have been more and more students take the "small glasses son", my eyesight also gradually decline, doctors diagnosed later pseudomyopia. Eye protection, therefore, it is taken seriously by more and more people.
In school, the teacher often give us some effective method to protect your eyes, for example when homework hand want to leave the tip of one inch, belly to a punch from the desktop, head to a foot away from books, to read in the right place, but also often do eye exercises. 眼睛是心靈的窗口，是獲得各種知識的重要途徑。生活中我們處處都離不開眼睛，如果沒有眼睛，世界將會變得一片黑暗，如果我們的眼睛出了問題，學習和生活將會遇到很多困難。盡管這樣，我們有很多人還是不愛惜眼睛。在我的周圍，已經有越來越多的同學帶上了“小眼鏡兒”，我的視力也逐漸下降，后來被醫生診斷為假性近視。所以，保護眼睛這一點也被越來越多的人們重視起來。
在學校里，老師常常會交給我們一些保護眼睛的有效方法，例如寫作業時手要離筆尖一寸，肚子要離桌面一拳，頭要離書本一尺，要在正確的地方看書，而且還要經常做眼保健操。但這些卻最容易被同學們忽視。
到底是什么讓戴眼鏡的人飛快增加呢?這個問題在我的腦海里不停地轉悠。后來，我觀察了很長的時間，也從網上查了資料，最終得出了結論。第一大原因：不用科學的方法去保護眼睛。有的同學長時間的看書、上網、看電視，使眼睛經常處于疲勞狀態，并且不注意眼睛衛生。雖然我們學校要求同學們都要按時做眼保健操，但一部分同學還是不好好做，有的還躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遺傳。有的父母是近視眼，并遺傳給了自己的孩子。不過這種情況好象不多，“小眼鏡兒”往往是因為不愛惜眼睛造成的。
最后奉勸大家：我們一定要愛惜自己僅有的這一雙眼睛，使我們的每一天都充滿光明!
