今天上午，我和爸爸一起學英語，我先快速復習了一下前面的單詞和句子，接著爸爸說：“今天我們要學習新的一課，可要認真呦。”我想有什么難，就爽快地答應了。爸爸認真的教，我呢認真的學，不費多大功夫，單詞和課文我全會了。爸爸吃驚的看著我說：“兒子，你今天怎么這么聰明？我再教你一個小短文，看你還能學會嗎。”我瞟了一眼書，短文很長，但我還是很有信心的說：“行，肯定能行！”
為了兌現我的諾言，接下來，我認真的聽，仔細的讀，那些平時較難的單詞、短語今天仿佛突然變得容易了，沒過一會兒，我就高興地說：“爸爸，我給你讀一遍吧！”當爸爸聽完后，禁不住豎起大拇指驕傲的說：“Excellent！”
