　　1、早上6：30起床。

　　一年之計在于春，一日之計在于晨。每天早上這段時間是黃金時間，頭腦最清醒，記憶力最強！我抓緊時間練習(xí)背誦英語單詞和課文。

　　2、早讀認(rèn)真讀書，抓緊每分每秒的時間。

　　5、晚上，及時進(jìn)行整理復(fù)習(xí)。還要做好第二天的預(yù)習(xí)，把自己不懂的知識記下來，向老師請教。
