　　Everyone has his hobby. My hobbies include swimming, composition, English and pipa, but I like swimming best.

　　Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. Summer vacation, I took part in the swimming class, under the guidance of the teacher, I took my swim ring, water through no longer afraid of choking water, then abandoned the swim ring, practice floating, after a hard practice, I set up the confidence, finally learned to floating. 　　對于一個沒下水的`人來說，學習游泳是很困難的。主要是因為沒有自信，害怕嗆水。暑假里，我參加了游泳學習班，在老師的指導下，我帶著游泳圈下水了，經不再害怕嗆水了，于是拋棄了游泳圈，練習浮水，經過刻苦的練習，我建立了信心，終于學會了浮水。有經過一段刻苦的訓練，我又學會了蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和跳水。并且，我的游泳速度是班里最快的。游泳對我來說太簡單了。

　　一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運動，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點都沒有那么高，我感到有點冷，但我們還是堅持游了3個小時，這是因為我經常在家練習增強體質，所以才會這樣。感覺有點累，我們又玩了一會……

　　通過學習游泳，我深深感覺到對于一件事只要我們有興趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定會成功。
