　　第三、仿寫課文。這里的課文包括簡單的對話、段落和短文。這實際也是仿寫句子的一種延伸。也是替換課文中的關鍵詞，讓它再另外自成一篇。我現在教的一些中等水平的學生都基本能很好地仿寫課文，有時還能有讓人驚喜的創新。

　　最后，讓能力較好的學生試著寫命題作文。

　　在教英語作文時，切忌急于求成，要由簡到難，循序漸進，一步一步地走。如果，一上手就讓學生寫命題作文，他們就會望而生畏，卻步不前，不知道從哪里下手。

　　有一天，我在做英語作業的時候，又遇到一個英語單詞“goggles”。我既不知道它的意思，又不知道怎樣讀。正在我手足無措的時候，我看見爸爸在用電腦查東西。電腦真是神奇，不知道的東西一會兒就查到了。我問爸爸：“爸爸，我不知道的英語單詞，能在電腦查到嗎？”爸爸回答：“能，你自己來找找吧。”爸爸說著，就讓我坐到了電腦前。我發現電腦里有個軟件叫“金山詞霸”。我打開“金山詞霸”，把“goggles”這個單詞輸進去，然后點擊查詢，一看，我恍然大悟，原來“goggles”是護目鏡的意思啊！單詞后面有個小喇叭，按一下還能發出單詞的讀音來。我高興極了，一邊不停地按，一邊跟著電腦讀。就這樣，在電腦的.幫助下，我學會了“goggles”這個英語單詞。從此以后，“金山詞霸”成了我的第二個英語老師，一遇到不認識的英語單詞，我就找它幫忙。慢慢地，我的英語水平提高了，上一次英語考試，我還考了全班的第三名呢！
