I went to the senior high school one year ago, and got my first job from the English Club of the school association. My job as an editor in our school’s initial newspaper started from then and continued to now.
At first, the senior asked me time after time, "Can you concert your time between the study and the job?" I thought it was easy and responded quickly with a "yes". Then, I began to collect the information from the bilingual magazines, websites and so on. It was tough, although our newspaper was published only twice in a term. As a result, our end product must be precious; it always reminded us of doing better, better, until we become the best. We must set type by ourselves, and considered the color’s collocation. Don’t misunderstand, our newspaper wasn’t a color page, but two-tone (black and red). Well, it limited the publishing effect, but it could prove our ability at the same time.
My first job, which is quite a tough job, has never defeated me all along.

Giving one person central authority and responsibility for a project or task is not an effective way to get work done。 To what extent do you agree or disagree with the opinion expressed above? Some people argue that it is not an effective way to give one person central authority and responsibility to get work done.
