  Hi,I am a 14-year-old hight school student .I like taking exercise every day. I always run in the morning. I have a lot of good habits. I always eat breakfast and I usually eat vegetables and fruit. I think they are good for my health. I usually drink a cup of milk before going to bed. I watch TV once a week. However ,I have some bad habits . I hardly ever eat fast food. Because it is not good for my health. I sometime stay up late. And I never go to the dentist for teeth cleaning.

  I do not think my lifestyle is good. I will sleep early. I hope to have a better life.

The clock rang. It was six thirty. but I didn’t’t hear it. I stayed in bed until seven o’clock. I looked at the clock and jumped from the bed to the floor. I was afraid, “oh, my god, i will be late.” I shouted. So I didn’t have breakfast. I put on my shoes and took a taxi to the school. i was in good luck that day. I wasn’t late for school. I was pleased that time.
