　　入選理由：英國上次(6.14)考的就是政府決策類話題，由于考題會在不同考區(qū)輪換使用，因此近期“輪換”到中國大陸考區(qū)的可能性還是比較大的，畢竟該類話題一來本來就是雅思作文最常考的兩大話題之一，二來上一次考試中國大陸考區(qū)考的是青少年教育類話題，這次不太可能重復同類話題(5月到6月青少年教育類已經(jīng)考了N多次了......)。
