In Shanghai,some people are taking a walk with their family. They feel very relaxed. In Beijing,some people are having a nice talk with their friends. And in Ninbo,some young people are holding a party in the park,singing and dancing. Without lights, people can also enjoy themselves.

“能見蔚藍，代表了我們的建議和對未來的期待。’能’，意味著可再生能源能夠帶來改變，‘蔚藍’代表我們每個人對告別霧霾、尋回藍天的期待。”WWF中國總干事盧思騁表示，在深化20xx地球一小時“藍天自造”主題的基礎(chǔ)上，今年的地球一小時將聚焦于能源議題，致力于推動可再生能源的主流化應(yīng)用。
化石能源的過度使用，是目前中國局地空氣污染的罪魁禍首，也是導(dǎo)致全球氣候變化最主要原因。中國正消耗著全球約一半的煤炭。20xx年，因煤炭消費的一次PM2.5、二氧化硫和氮氧化物排放量分別占中國污染物排放總量的62%、93%和70% 。同時，政府間氣候變化專門委員會(IPCC)于20xx年年底發(fā)布第五次氣候變化評估綜合報告，進一步確認了溫室氣體排放以及其他人類活動是自20世紀中期以來觀測到的氣候變暖的主要原因，二氧化碳濃度已升至過去80萬年以來前所未有的水平，而使用化石燃料是二氧化碳主要來源之一。
“WWF相信，大力發(fā)展可再生能源是解決國內(nèi)嚴重空氣污染和全球氣候變化問題的終極方案。”盧思騁指出， “只有控制煤炭消費總量，轉(zhuǎn)向以可再生能源為主導(dǎo)的能源結(jié)構(gòu)，我們才能最終告別霧霾，擁抱藍天。”
