In the picture we can see that two fat boys are enjoying their favorite foods in a McDonald's shop. What the picture conveys to us is apparent. Nowadays many students like eating junk food. On the way home or to school, they usually buy some junk food in the shops, eating while walking. As we all know, junk foods such as such as KFC and Pizzahut are harmful. They are seriously endangering the health of our children.
Junk foods are anything but nutritious. They taste wonderful on our mouth but have got more harmfulness within. As junk foods contain excess of cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, salt and more calories, they are liable to make children get fat, just like the two boys shown in the picture. Besides, junk foods may lead to some other medical problems in children. What’s worse, eating lots of junk food may make children get harder to choose healthy food over time. A new research shows thatchildren brought up on healthy diets are more intelligent compared with their junk food eating counterparts.
Therefore, some necessary actions must be taken to keep the junk food aways from children. First of all, an education program should be carried out among children so that they know junk food is harmful to their health. The government should encourage food manufactorturers to produce more healthy and nutritious food for children. What more important, parents should hold the responsibily to ensure that their children stay away from junk food.

因此，必須采取一些必要的措施來讓兒童遠離垃圾食品。首先，應該兒童中開展教育活動，要讓他們懂得垃圾食品有害健康。政府應該鼓勵食品生產商為兒童生產更多健康、有營養的食品。更重要的是，父母應該負起責任，一定確保證他們的孩子遠離垃圾食品。
