As people’s living standard has been improved and taking less exercise, the number of diabetes patients is increasing day by day. Everyone should aware this and fight for this horrible chronic disease to reduce the death rate. Keeping a good diet and living a good living style is helpful. What is the definition of a good neighbor?Well, in my opinion, a good neighbor should have the qualities: to care aboutother’s feeling, and help others unselfishly.

I feel lucky to have a good neighbor. Sheis about 65 years old. I remember it clearly，one night, I wascaught in a pouring rain, and then I suffered from a high fever. My parentswere on business, so I turned to her for help, I recovered soon. I have anotherneighbor, we’re in the same age, went to the same school. We always playedtogether. I’m not good at Physics at that time. It was hard for me to pass theexam. After school, she always helped me with my Physics. With her help, I madea big process in my final exam.

The Family Plan has been adopted for several years, most of the young generation are only child because their parents follow the government’s policy. Over more than 30years, most family are made up of grandparents, parents and a child. Here comes the problem, the society is facing an aging situation, more and more people are getting old while the young people are less. For a typical family, four grow-ups are at the age of over 40 with a young kid less than 20years old. The aging society is getting more and more obvious, such phenomenon has been catch mass media’s attention. The policy of one child has been doubted, it has been strongly advised that a family is allowed to raise two kids. I totally agree with that, it not only bring happiness to family, but also relieve the pressure of aging problem.
計(jì)劃生育已經(jīng)執(zhí)行了很多年了，年輕一代大都是獨(dú)生子，因?yàn)樗麄兊母改笀?zhí)行國(guó)家的計(jì)策。30多年過(guò)去了，很多家庭是由祖父母，父母和一個(gè)孩子組成。問(wèn)題也出現(xiàn)了，社會(huì)面臨著老齡化處境，很多人變老，然而年輕人卻少。對(duì)與一個(gè)典型的家庭來(lái)說(shuō)，四個(gè)成年人已過(guò)四十和一個(gè)不到20歲的孩子。老齡化社會(huì)越來(lái)越突出，這樣的現(xiàn)象引起了大眾媒體的注意。一個(gè)孩子的政策遭到了質(zhì)疑，強(qiáng)烈一個(gè)家庭應(yīng)該允許有2個(gè)孩子。我完全同意，這不僅給家庭帶來(lái)歡樂(lè)，而且減輕了老齡化問(wèn)題的壓力。
