　　The ancient said the world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page. I like travel, because travel not only allows me to enjoy the great rivers and mountains of the motherland, but also brings me knowledge and exercise. Beautiful sceneries make me impressed and friendly people make me warm. Travel is a process of discovery of beauty that would company my whole life. I like the feeling on the road, which greatly enrich my life and fields of vision. Being to different places, seeing different views makes me know how big the world is, so that I won’t bother my trifles. I think a broad mind is extremely important to a person, and traveling is a good way to get it. Maybe some people would say that I travel just because I want to relax. There’s no doubt about that. No matter for what reason, traveling is attractive to us all.

　　Several days ago, my family went to Mountain Halla in South Korea. We took flying there. There are a lot of trees around the mountain, and clouds around half of the mountain. When we walked into the mountain, we could hear nothing except for birds. We could see strange stones and water from the spring. The day was sunny, we could climb the moutain quickly. We got the top of the mountain within two hours. Nobody felt tired but very happy. There was beautiful. In the afternoon, when we dicided to go back, we found it was difficult, we must be careful. Luckily, we got ground without nothing happened over four hours, at that time, we all felt tired, but we thought it was worthy to do it.

I can always adjust my plan. On the contrary，in a package tour you’re deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. At the sound of the whistle，you have to jump up from a sound sleep and，with heavy-lidded eyes，hurry to the gathering place where you are collected and counted to board a coach. At the sight of the little flag waving，you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule，regardless of the weather or your health condition.

　　True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel individually，for instance，getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

　　Today, my family went to visit Tianmen Mountain. At the gate of Tianmen Mountain hangs a plaque "Tianmen Immortal Mountain". After entering the door, the guide told us that Tianmen Mountain was called Yunmeng Mountain in ancient times, and its name comes from the natural wonder Tianmen. Then we took a bus to the top of the hill. Looking down from the mountain, the winding mountain road looks like a giant dragon lying in the mountain. Then we come to the Heavenly Gate, which is probably located in the middle and upper part of the mountain. Below is the Field Boy Avenue, with 1,000 steps. Clouds covered the cave like a fairyland. I picked up the camera and took a picture. After that, we took six stairs to the highest peak of Tianmen Mountain and followed our guide to the glass walkway. I was scared the first time I went up there. With everyones encouragement, I plucked up the courage to stand on the glass walkway. Clouds formed beneath my feet. I want to enter a wonderland. I let go of my fear, breathed the fresh air of nature in the fairyland, and seriously appreciated the beautiful scenery.
