　　“咳咳!”我一推開廚房的門，就有了要窒息的感覺。看著這煙霧彌漫的房間，我不禁聳了聳肩：“老爸，你又抽煙了!”

　　說實在的，我現在對“煙”這個字眼有種莫名的恐懼，但面對爸爸這個假煙民我又無計可施!雖說爸爸不經常抽煙，但積少成多，吸煙遲早會給他帶來危害呀!我真的很納悶，“吸煙有害健康”這句話眾所周知，就連煙盒上也有這樣的提示語，可為什么大家“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”呢?就算大家不為自己考慮，也要為別人想想啊!難道大家不知道二手煙的危害嗎?，吸煙是害人害己呀!

　　我為了讓爸爸覺醒，特地查閱了一下資料，上面說：

　　“煙草的煙霧中至少含有三種危險的化學物質：焦油，尼古丁和一氧化碳，焦油是由好幾種物質混合成的物質，在肺中會濃縮成一種粘性物質。吸食過煙的人，均會上癮，吸過還想吸。煙草燃燒會產生大量有毒物質，如尼古丁、一氧化碳、焦油等有害物質如尼古丁、一氧化碳、焦油等有害物質。它們會導致你惡心、眩暈、頭痛、使我們的工作效率降低。尼古丁只需10秒鐘就可進入你的大腦，使你心跳加快，增加你患上心臟病的危險，同時使你在不吸煙時引發脫癮癥狀。香煙中這些物質不但可引起咽喉炎、支氣管炎，而且有致癌的`作用。”

　　請大家仔細端詳一下這些驚人的數據吧!當我看到后，心靈上是為之一振，然后滿腦子都是“煙、煙、煙”我想：如果大家還愛自己的家人，還愛惜自己的身體，就請大家放掉手中正在燃燒著的煙頭，當忍不住的時候，努力克制住自己。

　　5月31日是世界無煙日，我好希望天天都是無煙日，這樣我們就可以稱得上是“無煙社會”了。就讓我們珍愛生命、遠離香煙吧!
