英語中的被動語態由助動詞be加及物動詞的過去分詞構成。有些短語動詞在意義上相當于及物動詞，因此也可構成被動語態。短語動詞被看成一個整體，是固定詞組，所以構成被動語態時不可分開。其被動語態構成方法與普通的.及物動詞的被動語態的構成方法相同。如：
1．動詞+介詞
