一、遲到原因
XXX會議上我遲到，這是毋庸置疑的事實，個人經深刻反思，總結以下幾點：

二、今后工作中的改進措施
對我在這次會議遲到行為，我已深深地認識到了它的嚴重性，為了更好地向領導檢討自己，我對在今后團委工作中自己的態度、行為等方面提出以下幾點要求：
