邀請函的格式主要有四個部分，分別是標題、稱謂、正文、落款。
一、標題
由活動名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個性化的活動主題標語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會邀請函”。活動主題標語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。
二、稱謂

三、正文
