　　在每年的年初和年末，在人員變動和產線員工極不穩定的時候情況下，這無疑給生產管理帶了了極大的壓力，但在這壓力的推動下本部門還是堅持對新近員工的崗前崗中培訓，確保新進員工的順利進入崗位角色，做到基本勝任輪換崗位工作，在這我要感謝行政部對員工的教育和工程部的技術培訓和車間的各班長，的鼎力支持才始的我部門有了如今的良好局面。

　　3、安全生產方面

　　在過去的一年里，我部門將安全生產納入生產日常管理工作之中，隨時做到各車間員工的安全知識教育，監督和排除各車間存在的安全隱患。確保了生產車間的有序運行。全年度未發生較大的人體傷害和設備損壞事故。

　　二、從公司整體方面，我有以下幾點建議：

　　1、建立健全的工作質量職責制度。對公司每個部門和員工都明確規定各部門和個人在工作中的具體任務、責任和權利，以便做到質量工作事事有人管，層層、人人有專責，辦事有標準，工作有檢查，這樣才可以把質量有關的工作和廣大員工的積極性結合起來形成一個嚴密的控制體系。

　　2、因公司員工的流動量大，個別的團隊凝聚力和歸屬感補強，長期以來必將影響產品質量、工作效率，因此建議公司在企業文化和員工歸屬感和團隊的凝聚力加強樹立與培訓。

　　1.加強學習和實踐，繼續提高。

　　針對自己的崗位，重點是深入學習智能交通相關業務及研發相關知識，提高解決問題的能力。

　　2.竭盡全力完成生產任務

　　最后，我想說不管在哪里工作，做什么工作，態度和心態很重要，遇事把心放寬，才能更好的處理和解決面對的問題，從容的面對挑戰，不斷的去豐富充實自己，客觀的面對自己的不足，更好的去改進，每個人都會有美好的明天!

　　在公司不斷的發展中，我的工作能力和個人能力都得到了很大的提高，這是我一直以來不斷的成長得到的成果，也和公司的領導，同事幫助是分不開的，相信自己在以后的工作中一定會做到最好。公司的發展和自己的發展息息相關，這一點覺悟我還是有的，所以我會一直堅持努力的工作下去，我相信我自己一定能夠順利的完成公司給我的工作。雖沒有轟轟烈烈的戰果，但也算經歷了一段不平凡的考驗和磨礪。
