1、由于違約，或做錯(cuò)了事，說(shuō)錯(cuò)了話(huà)，或是因服務(wù)不周造成了某種不良后果， 當(dāng)事人必須為此道歉。 書(shū)寫(xiě)道歉類(lèi)便條時(shí)要注意：
(1)要言辭懇切，誠(chéng)心誠(chéng)意，指出自己并非故意傷害或開(kāi)罪對(duì)方，切忌對(duì)自己的 過(guò)失作過(guò)多辯解。
(2). 要請(qǐng)對(duì)方諒解自己的過(guò)失或給對(duì)方帶來(lái)的不便。
(3). 需要使用 I’m sorry, I apologize 等字眼明確表達(dá)自己的歉意。

因遲復(fù)來(lái)信致歉Because of answering one’s letter late
Dear David:
I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, December sooner, but when I have told you the reason, I trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. When your letter arrived, I was just in Hong Kong. As my family could not forward it to me during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment when I took it up.
