　　道歉信是指因過(guò)失或疏忽做錯(cuò)了事，給別人帶來(lái)了麻煩或損失，發(fā)覺(jué)后要立即寫(xiě)信給對(duì)方賠禮道歉時(shí)寫(xiě)的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫(xiě)得坦率，誠(chéng)懇。
