　　鯨類由于經濟價值很大，自古以來就是人類捕殺的對象，但過去由于捕獵的手段落后，獵取量比較小，尚不足以影響鯨的數量。到了近代，人們改用航船和火炮獵捕鯨類，殺作力大大增強，使得鯨的數量銳減，很多種類瀕臨滅絕。

　　親愛的朋友們，鯨一直是人類的朋友，是海洋生態系統的重要組成部分，是大自然賦予人類的寶貴自然資源。保護鯨魚，維護生態平衡，不僅關系到人類的.生存與發展，也是平衡一個國家、一個民族、一個城市文明進步的重要標志。到現在，藍鯨只剩下不到五十只了。

　　因此，我們要倡議：

　　1、加強鯨魚捕撈管理，減少對鯨魚誤傷及資源的浪費。

　　2、禁止非法漁業活動，嚴格控制沿岸生活和工業污水排放，

　　保護海洋生活環境。

　　3、建設海洋生物保護館，樹立海洋生態保護意識，加強鯨魚

　　保護知識的宣傳的教育工作和學習。

　　4、禁止捕撈鯨。

　　地球是一個蔚藍的星球，海洋是人類賴以生存的生命家園，廣袤的海洋孕育了幾千年的人類文化。
