　　其實，光是這些還不算什么，重要的是要保持這樣的姿勢站立很長時間，即使身體上的哪些部位癢癢或是有蟲子之類的生物在身邊飛也不能動彈。拔軍姿真的很鍛煉人，它教會了我們什么叫毅力，什么叫堅持，更告訴了我們部隊有鐵的紀律，不能因為自己的小動作而影響了整體。在這里，我想到了那些戰士們，他們是國家的護衛軍，更是勇敢、無私的象征。多少個佳節他們只得在遠方默默地思念著親人，孤獨地在夜空下站崗執勤。我不禁對他們產生了崇敬。

　　學完軍姿，我們又學習了起步走和正步走。其中，給我印象最深的是正步走。當我們邁著整齊的步伐，聽著腳落地的整齊的“啪啪”的聲音時，我感受到了集體的團結。因為只有團結才能使我們的心合在一起，才能使我們踏出那么整齊的正步。當我們踏著正步走過主席臺時，我真的很激動，同時我也感受到了身為中國人的那種自豪。

　　軍訓生活除了訓練，還有吃飯和睡覺等等，沒有軍訓過的人可能會笑：“吃飯和睡覺有什么好說的?”可是我要說，在這里的日常生活個家里的完全不一樣。每天早上聽命令起床，絕不能晚。吃飯前要喊番號，晚上要按時熄燈等等。在這里，一切的一切都要軍事化管理，不能有絲毫的馬虎。
